Please take my arguement as a pure technical discussion.
If it happened as you supposed, you would have 50% chance to kill yourself.
Usually tent stove is not air tight, some air will leak into stove, but not enough, then coal will produce more carbon monoxide Co.
If it happened as you supposed, the blower will force fresh air into the stove, the fresh air must be more than natural leakage, and combustion will more complete, and will produce more Co2 than Co.
Anyhow Co2 is safer than Co.
If unavoidable, we prefer the less harmful.
