I guided for years with the higher priced Aires, and I recently bought a 13' Trib HD. I have only taken it on one rafting trip, and then a couple times floating in a lake with the kids. I can't really tell any big difference between the Aires and the Tribs to be honest. I actually feel kind of dumb because I should be able to tell a high end raft from a cheaper one. They seem like a really good deal. The fact that outfitters are getting years of use out of them on abusive rivers is a good sign.
