You're not going to be able to cost-effectively switch out a drop stitch floor for a glued in floor. That said, I'm not sure what the specs are for how tightly you can inflate a RMR PVC floor. I do know that my boat's PVC floor can handle pressures that make it so tight you can tapdance on it, much tighter than other Hypalon boats, and it also depends on the pressure relief valve (PRV). Call a dealer, like Downriver Equipment, Riverboat Works, or call RMR and ask.
