the DIB stuff is gray and super watery if you put it in immediately. It cures pretty quick, so pour it in immediately. I got sidetracked for about five minutes the second time I used it and ended up rather viscous after sitting out for a few minutes. It didn't make it to the far end of the tube that time, and missed some pinholes. The first time I did it it worked great, and only took about15-20 minutes of rotating, but it was just a funyak and therefore only took about a quart.
