Hangkai small outboard

Anyone have one or used one? They are a little 3.5HP generic 2stroke outboard. I looked at one last night. They aren't a Merc or Honda, but they don't cost what one of them does either.

I'm just looking for something to use on Westwater or the likes 3-4 times a year. The nice thing about the Hangkai at first blush is that it ways 19lbs is all.
