My wife is a logistics manager and has done a lot of international shipping through Asian factories and communicates through email and says its surprisingly easy, even with the language barrier. If you can find an email for one of those companies, translate ur email into factories native tongue and just ask what they do with scraps. May be able to buy a box or bag of drop stitch scraps.
I know the owner of a local iSup company here in my town. I can shoot him an email and ask if he knows how to get some. Might be easier to get pieces from isup companies than to go through an Asian factory.
