NRS LoPro Frame Fittings are jigged and drilled (on a press) at the factory per cross member. NRS told me that they cut the "unbendable pipe" per order or frame configuration and then drill the pipe and LoPro. Every drilled LoPro is the a one off, drilled only for that piece of pipe and that specific end of said pipe.
I ordered new pipe and figured I would use the existing LoPro's. NRS forwarded my call to the workshop and the guy there gave me the LoDown. I still drilled the new pipe to fit the old LoPros. It was a little bit of a PITA. I used a Hand Tap Guide Standard V-Tap
after I measured out the original holes. Some fitting are great and tight from pipe to LoPro. Others have a mild amount of slop. A larger diameter bolt might solve slop at the hole, but not the milimeter or so of slop between the LoPro and pipe. YMMV
