Anyone know whatís up with Black Rock Coolers??

In the last six weeks I have tried to call them more than a dozen times and left no less than 6 messages. No one ever answers (but their greeting changes) and no one ever calls back. I have to admit that at this point I would be hesitant to buy one of their products knowing how difficult it would be to contact them if I had problems. I’m 99 percent sure that I won’t do business with them now but at the same time I understand that feces occurs sometimes so does anyone know something that would make me keep trying?? I do admit that I find it odd that they would take the time to advertise here and then just leave people hanging….

I will send you a PM with contact info for our rep, maybe he can help you get this worked out. We no longer carry the Black Rock Coolers but I did test one all summer and was really impressed with the ice retention.

Ob1Coby: Sorry we have missed you, not sure why we have not gotten any e-mails or voice messages from you. There was one trip we were on a few weeks ago where our voice mail box filled up while we were on the river and it was a few days before we caught it. But we are here and well alive and selling coolers. If you want to contact me directly my cell number is 360-731-1078 and Iíll answer unless Iím on the water or on a trip. Either way Iíll get back with you ASAP, sometimes e-mail is the best because it gets checked while we are on the road even if we do not have cell service.

Looking forward to hearing from you
