Aire Pad vs Paco Pad

Just have a question about firmness. Which sleeping pad's foam is firmer?
3" Aire Landing Pad or 3" Paco Pad.

Yes, I realize I am talking about 3" firmness.
No, I don't care about comparing prices or which one is American made.
Thanks for any info.

My Aire is much firmer foam than my paco. Both are several years old & I don't know if the foam has changed in that time.

I have both, but the Paco is at about 15 years older The foam in the Aire feels firmer, probably because it is so much newer. For some reason though I still prefer my old Paco to sleep on. I just find it more comfortable, and the "tooth paste tube" valve makes it much easier for me to fine tune the amount of air in it than the raft valves on the Aire. Your experience may vary. The Aire is definitely a good value for the cost. I also have an NRS brand pad and it is very similar to the Aire in firmness and construction quality.

Paco uses soft foam in 3" and up and firm foam in the 1-2". In sure they'd do a firm foam 3" er if you called them tho.

I think sotar 3" are also firm.

3" Pedro Pads are firmer, made in the USA and defy gravity. At least this is what the
N*RS salesman told me. Why wouldn't I trust his judgment?
