Upper Colorado- Pumphouse section

Anyone know how Needles Eye rapid is at 5000-5500 cfs ? I don't want to ruin my full moon float with an incident.

Simple. When the sun is out. Just stay right of center.

Stay right, pull right. Easy to know where you are on that section- should be no problem

Upper colorado

Ran that section June 14. 4690cfs Water Temp COOOOOOLD!
Eye of the needle is obvious. Don't run into the rock

Yarmony is not to be igored. If you go into that hole you'll end up like the person in the duckie behind us. Cold, stranded, no boat, no wallet and no car keys. Hope they made it out ok. Plenty of river traffic.

No brainer, stay right. Be ready for the wind above Yarmony and through the lakes. It is maddening.
