Snotel/Flow advice re: lower Owyhee

Longtime lurker, first time poster... wondering if anyone with experience interpreting snotel info could chime in on the likelihood of 2000+cfs @ Rome during the first or second week of May. Basin SWE is at 87% but I don't know if there are specific snotel sites that I should be favoring more heavily in my planning... or how early this area typically melts. Mud Flat in ID at 0%.
