The San Juan is running about 6K cfs right now. I'm wondering if it's possible to predict if it'll still be runnable (say at least 1K) by late-August/early-September ?
Check out the Navajo Reservoir webpage. It has information about releases, and I believe the releases pretty much define the majority of the flow in summer (small inputs from Animas and other tribs).
It's scheduled to hit 500 cfs release on 7/5.
