Mikesee - what didn't you like about it? Does it get too bony to run it or is it just more difficult?
Any more details from people who have IKd this at low water would be much appreciated!
It was slow and bumpy. Several rapids (don't know the names--first time down) we pinned and then had to get out and drag boats around the rest of the rapid.
I like slow, bumpy, and techy runs. But when things sieve out to the extent that there's no way to float through, my patience for hiking/carrying around is limited.
Wasn't the worst thing in the world. Was definitely gorgeous, and empty. I just wouldn't go back to do it again at those flows.
