With smaller boats you should be fine. At 1440 cfs and 16' rafts we hit a lot of rocks and played bumper boat in many rapids. My oars really took a beating because I couldn't easily ship my oars due the way I rigged my boat.

I found Blossom Bar to much more difficult in lower water. The current is slower, but the slot is narrow. Smaller boats could make it fine, but all three of our 16' boats came pretty close to hanging up on the picket fence.
And as rivers2run said, Wildcat is tricky. We didn't scout it, but should have. A cataraft that was stuck on the rock provided a nice bumper to help keep us from getting stuck. But every time someone rammed into him, he got pushed further up onto the rock. I assume he eventually got off????
