That would be the one! Unfortunately, my plans have changed. I can't go now, I have a sick kid I have to stay home with.
While I've never rowed that stretch, I've been through Three Rocks with my Dad. I remember it well, and in fact have a ggood picture of him in the hole in a duckie. We'd run it in the raft, then he and his buddy would take turns in the duckie.
Since I can't go today, I'm going to save that for a day when I have more time anyway. Maybe the flows will be down a bit more too, but I think I'd like to take a crack at it soon.
I am definitely anxious to get onto the Arkansas, especially Browns. That was home sweet home for my Dad.
Thanks for the advice on Clear Creek, I think I'll wait on that one until next year when I buy myself some paddles and other gear for bigger groups in my boat!
