I was out on the Clackamas yesterday. Even with the flow around 800cfs it is still a fun river in a raft or kayak. The highest you would want to put in is Whitewater bridge below Three Lynx Powerhouse. Take out at Mile Post 37 or Bob's Hole. The run from Mile Post 41 to Mile Post 37 took us about 2 hours to float.
A buddy of man ran a 4 man paddle crew down the Clack from 41 to below Bob's on Saturday. They did pretty good, save for a guy flying out in Hole in the wall.
