NRS IS THE BEST!

I need to tell everyone that NRS has done itself proud!! Four years ago in December I had bought the Kodiak 16 foot cataract tubes. After my second trip down the San Juan at 105 and one trip down the Green River at 108. And six floats in between they replace the tubes with brand-new ones. One of the back cones bubbled out and they needed to send it back to the factory to fix it...they just gave me a new set. I was in a pinch I was taking my family down the Deshutes River in three days and they could not fix it in time. Kurtis overnighted the tubes from Idaho to get me on the river on time!! Kurtis is his name and fun is his game!!!!I will always be an NRS family member! This is just a heads up that the people at NRS care about our well being!Click image for larger version

I've always loved their customer service! Never had to use my warranty, but I'm glad to hear they kick ass in that department as well!

Way cool. Does anybody know if Nrs will make a raft in a color they don't show on their website? I want an 18 footer in white but I don't want the diminishing tubes????

I've purchased from them for years and am a loyal customer.

NRS Made a Nother great choice by hiring Vic from Goodwater boat works in Vancouver Washington to do repairs..VIC is a solid guy!! when he found out that he could not fix my tube he was ready to give me one of his own boats to float with for a week. You could just tell Vic was on the same level of concern for my family's well being as NRS was. Who thought consumerism could be so socially rewarding! I'm too happy to stop thinking about it.Click image for larger version

NRS has a knack for finding cool ppl to take care of us. They will continue to have the lions share of my business as long as I see threads like this one.

My rafting buddy BENT a Carlisle oar at Granite Rapids (did not hit anything) on the Snake over the 4th of July. We took a detour to Moscow on the return trip and they gave him a new oar shaft - no problem and we were on our way. Now I know why he purchases all of his gear there.
