Couple of quick thoughts:

SCAT machines won't accept wet wipes, so those should not be in the groover.

Last year on the MFS, I took a battery-powered shower patterned after something I saw on stupidguidetricks. We had 3 solar showers on the trip, and we would fill them in the morning and let them heat on dryboxes all day or fill at a hot spring along the way. A nice hot shower at the end of the day felt really good.

By the waterside I will lay my head.
Listen to the river sing sweet songs to rock my soul.

Comfortable, dry, slip-on camp shoes. Lounging around in camp with wet sandals or booties gets old.

^^ good call, Alan. sneakers with socks are great too, and remember to sleep in socks to keep your feet from cracking.

Another thing - a good steel thermos is great. Put your hot water in it for the face cloths in the morning. Before the kitchen gets packed, make a thermos full of hot tea for the day in case someone goes for a swim, the weather turns crappy, whatever.

this thing will end solar showers. It really truly works. Lithium battery, can run the fully submergible pump for 60 minutes, USB rechargeable with a small solar panel like a goal zero. Heat water in a dish tub, up to 4.5 gal of hot water.

sounds like....

Well you are from CO so I guess I don't need to mention a "safety" kit. Obviously bring more than you think you need.
Screw lotion. Google Skin Food. That stuff is the shit.
Glowsticks??? Shit can get weird at the end of an 8 day MFS, just sayin.
Have fun. Trip report please!

This lotion is the bomb.

Be a sweet hubby, and put some hot water in the hand wash in the mornings. Divine!
