Limit on Permit Apps?

I'm on I've put in for 2 permits and am now told that I am at my maximum allowed number of lottery applications for the season. Yet some friends have put in for more than 2. Deadline is tonight, so I may be too late in asking...but anyone know anything about this? Thanks.

I did all mine at once: Idaho 4 rivers, Yampa, Deso, San Juan etc. had a horrible time last night using Firefox, switched to IE this morning and it was OK. Wasn't sure if it was really browser issues or traffic on site, I couldn't check out last night. Hope you get it working for 'ya.

Are you trying to put in for multiple applications on the same river? There is only 1 application per person, per river, per year, as far as I understand it.

Certain rivers (selway) can have specific dates not to apply for. I think these are commercial dates. If you application has any of these dates it will stop the whole check out process.

After you enter your date, a pop-up appears for an alternate launch date with a note that says you can have a total of 4 choices. Primary and 3 alternate dates.

provided they are all for different rivers, i have never heard of such a thing. site has kinda been always been a problem since they started using it.
I think the high traffic times tend to have the most issues.
