Labyrinth canyon @8,500

Hello there....I am looking for some info regarding river conditions(camps and timetable) at 8,500 cfs. I did last year at 12,000 and camp sites were definitely limited due to having only ledge camping....and they were usually taken by guided groups.
Will the sand bars show themselves at the lower cfs or will it be comparable to 12,000?
Any trip report at this level would be awesome.
