I'll second the seek outside tipi, got it for am upcoming December Grand trip, and my friends raved about it on westy last November when we were waking up to 20 degree mornings. The wood stove was awesome to have!

Seek out side has been super cool to work with, Angie replaced my 2 zippers last fall with these massive heavy duty ones to see how they hold up to all the sand I camp in( been a bit of a problem for years with all my zippers). Will let you all know how they hold up.

I have the large stove, which does great heating the tent, but kind of wish I'd bought the extra Large, just to be able to burn longer fuel. There stuff is all very light, since they are backpackers.

Have fun in the Grand! Looking forward to finally getting down there myself, even if it will be cold.

P.s. Look up the average temps for phantom Ranch, not so bad, I expect a couple of below average days, and probably icy drizzle or snow, but overall, doesn't look so bad, if prepared for it.
