I was looking at the Joining Waters shuttle agreement. It seems clear from sections 3 and 4 that their insurance does not cover any damage they may do to your vehicle.

Driving a vehicle has built-in risks. SHUTTLE SERVICE employees are instructed to drive carefully and to obey the laws at all times. Still, because of the risks of driving, ALL SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT ARE AT THE VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATORíS SOLE RISK . VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATOR shall indemnify and hold harmless SHUTTLE SERVICE against all loss, cost or damage on account of any injury or damage to person or property arising out of the performance of this contract.

The VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATOR hereby covenants and warrants that the vehicle has full collision insurance in the minimum amount of $25,000. VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATOR thereby acknowledges that the SHUTTLE SERVICE has no liability or collision insurance covering the VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATORíS vehicle and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SHUTTLE SERVICE against all loss, cost or damage on account of any injury or damage to person or property arising out of the performance of this contract and the operation of the VEHICLE OWNER/OPERATORíS vehicle by SHUTTLE SERVICE.

Real adventure is only one bad decision away.

Ah crap, I'm at a loss. It also looks like they pulled "only insured shuttle service on the river", off of their website too.
