From the interwebs it looks like Wellsville Bridge for a put in just a few miles below Salida Downtown area, and take out Rincon? Then for camping there is some BLM land on the other side of the river?
Put in at Salida East. Free access, boat ramp, toilets and free camping. Wellsville Bridge has angler access, but no raft access. Float to Rincon....or do the next stretch down, Rincon to Valley Bridge. It gets less pressure. The other stretch to float fish below Salida is Trading Post to Texas Creek. The Ark was recently designated gold medal water and runoff has not started here yet. Crystal clear water. Probably the best fishing in the state right now.

I make a trip to the Green every year at this time. Great nymphing before they open up the dam. That usually happpens around 05-14. Big hatches in the 1-3:00 time slots for some dry action. Last year we had 20" of fresh snow and still had an awesome time with the river almost completely to ourselves.
