My opinion here, that first drift boat makes it look very easy. To me those folks rowing trout fishermen in drift boats are the rock stars of the river running world. Displaying skill sets few of us private boaters ever attain.
The cat boats and oar rigs show most all the lines at low water. Again, my opinion, that lady rowing the last rig shows a classic low water line. Expect to bump off rocks in fact use them to your advantage. Oar management is one of the key success factors - watch that down stream oar position and be sure your spare oar is very easy to rig as time is short to get back in the action if you loose an oar here.
Plenty of good Blossom Bar videos out there showing the good, bad, ugly and graceful runs through this classic rapid.
Rogue is a wonderful river. I know for me, it is one of the rivers I will never forget running.
