Didn't see anything on Riverbrain.com yet.... but there is good beta found in "River Runners' Guide to Utah" -by Gary Nichols.
The upper section from Wolf Creek down to Hanna is a nice float - Catch the June runoff - upper section has good water and pretty swift currents. Kinda tight for a Cat though - Road follows the river pretty much the entire way so your shuttle is the how ever long you wanna float. We camped at Iron Mine. I didn't experience any, but the guide book mentions a couple fence crossings and a log jam - lots of irrigation tunnels, diversion dams and pumps though. We spent a half day in the water - you could go faster but we fished a bit and made a day of it.
