Deckers/Chutes in a raft at 2000
I am looking to replace a family run (boys 11 and 15 and both can swim) I was going to do on the Ark this weekend from stone bridge to rincon. I've canceled that given low clearance on two bridges. I'm not looking for anything particularly sketchy. I've run this Chutes section many times while I was learning and it's mostly a simply run with a few wave trains and two pool drop borderline III's. However, the most I have ever run this at is 1200 in an IK. I was thinking 2000 in a raft might be fun, but curious if anyone has ever attempted this before and whether anything about this run gets bad at this water level. I'd obviously scout, but if anyone knows this is bad, I'd rather save myself the trip.
And yes, I know where to take out to avoid floating into Waterton Canyon.
