Ran it in a 14' oar rig last year at about the same flow. Not all that bad. Tombstone was the only one I remember being tricky, but doable. In fact, we had a 16 footer on the trip with us as I recall, and he also made it though.
That being said, if you have a bunch of people, I'd paddle it at that level. It's more fun that way!
Upper C at 800 or above isn't much to it. Go early and beat the winds as everyone else has said, or bring some paddles for the passengers to help when the winds pick up!
