Block Ice in Seattle, Missolua MT or North Fork ID???

Launching on a Main. Wondering if there is any good spots for solid ice.

Any thoughts?

Salmon at the local grocery has good block ice I believe. There are so many river companies based there the store stocks it.

I just got off the main and i stopped in salmon for a few things at the local store (can't remember the name but its the only store in town) I noticed that the ice was solid blocks and not the compressed kind, so I bought a couple extra and they lasted better then the ones I bought in SLC even though they were smaller. and if you go in the morning when they are setting up the deli the cooked bacon is the bomb. FYI get a bag to go and enjoy. Also lots of bears moving about esp around Lantz Bar. Hippity Ho!

Cool. And, thanks for the tip on the bears! Coming from the North, so trying not to go all the way down to Salmon, but will do if all else fails!
