Agreed. And they have such cool laws, like you can't touch the bottom of the river and you can't walk down the bank under the high water mark and....I could just go on. Plus Colorado has ALL the raddest boaters by far.

Haven't been on the Alpine section but the section through lower central Idaho is full of sewage. I LOVE the Murtaugh, but everytime we go there someone gets a Gnarly ear infection or a tiny cut gets horribly infected or necrotizing fascitis or something worse.
Idaho now has the highest concentrations of nuclear fallout from Japan of any western state.

And it's all going to end up in the river. Best just to stay away. Idaho white water is over rated too. Best just to stay away for a couple years.
