1 person Pearce ferry to lees ferry

I am driving my own car and trailer for a grand trip and am leaving few days earlier than others, to fly fish. Due to the fact i am not carpooling i am no longer part of the shared shuttle cost. I was wondering if anybody had any experience with driving their own shuttle to Pearce ferry then getting a ride back to the put in? Is this just not done? i sent a few emails to the shuttle services, but have not heard anything back yet. $350 by myself ads a lot of expense on to the trip to me, any ideas would be great, thanks.

If you went to the put in from boulder -- the shuttle to pearce is $240 through + gas

There's 33,000 fish/mile. Showing up early to fish.... won't you have a minimum of 6 days of epic fishing even if you don't fish the Ferry ?? And now after the flood the fish are everywheres. A friend caught a 7 lb trout at Phantom!...

Wouldn't your trip at least drop you in FLag after the trip? and then you only have to hitch up to Lees. "Passionate" Hey your "passionate" Lee's Ferry is back deres!!

There's some serious fish rolling around Lees !

When I did the Grand back in 2010, we advertised on Craisglist for someone to shuttle our car from Lees to Flagstaff. I think we paid him $100, and bought him dinner. We drove all the cars to Flagstaff, parked at the REO lot (we were renting some stuff from them), and then the Craigslist guy met us there and drove us back to Lees. I think he was a college student at NAU. Something to think about.

Thanks for the idea, I have talked to some people and they say leaving boat at Pearce ferry is not a good idea. I like your idea of leaving the car at REO, sounds safer, and some of the people are renting gear from them so i hope they would allow me. If i do that hopefully i can get one of the cars heading back east after the trip to drop me off in flagstaff.
