What is the best way to fix a leaky raft?

I just bought an old 14' momentum from a friend for cheap as all hell because it has quite a few pin holes and leaks along the seams. What have you guys found to be the best way to fix leaks. There are a number of patches already on the raft (some are leaking). I have heard of gycoflex (spelling???) and another product that from what i understand is kinda like fix-a-flat for car tires that you put inside the tubes and its suppose to stop leaks. What have you guys found is the best??

The fix a flat stuff worked really well for lots of tiny leaks on an old hypalon boat. I got the stuff from AAA inflatables in Denver, I think they call it bug juice. I want to say it was like 30$ a quart and I needed at least 3 quarts for a 16'er.
