I have the 14' self bailer and I have been very happy with it. The design and construction seem good, with lots of d-rings and ample doubled-up wear sections. The boat tracks well, primarily as a result of the floor being a bit higher up on the tubes than other designs. It is pretty stiff when topped up. The floor also inflates to a higher pressure than most, which stiffens it and allows for standing directly on it. I run a soft floor, so I don't realize any benefit from this.
I can't speak to longevity, as I've only had it for two years. I do wonder about the longevity of the PVC material itself, as PVC is never really done "curing". The material is not especially scuff resistant, i.e. "soft". This mostly shows up when you pull a strap or rope through a d-ring or across the fabric under load, as it abrades easily. It is hard to roll the boat to a small size, especially when it is cold.
Holly and Peter have been reasonably good with customer service, likely better than at a larger company.
Overall I've been happy with mine. The price is hard to beat for a new boat.
