Salt River next spring?

I've been reading a few topics on El Niño. The Salt is one of my most favorite rivers to kayak and also work on. I'm hoping this will be the year for a lot of snow! With that being said, Does anybody remember when the last amazing El Niño year happened? And what were the flows?

Woke up this morning at 10:13.

A hole so big, it sucked the leaves off the tree.

Off the top of my head 2010 was the last time the Salt had a solid season, I believe it was an El Nino year. I ran it in mid-April at 3500cfs.

I agree on 2010. I didn't run the Salt, but we did several runs on Oak Creek and caught Fossil Creek with good padding.
