I thought of maybe glueing strips of vinyl flooring down the length of the boat. Any thoughts?
You can buy thin guage PVC material and glue it to the bottom, but would take a fair amount of material.
NRS sells 24 ounce inflatable kayak material that is pretty flexible and easy to work with.
