Play park Etiquette

Question about white water parks as a rafter, more specifically the Glenwood play park. As a rafter, am I expected to take the boat shoot and avoid the waves on the left? I'm not looking to ruffle any feathers of kayakers and SUPs, but running the actual wave is a lot more fun! In general is it best to avoid the play spots in white water parks while in a raft?

Thanks!

Run it. Next to playwaves I think they engineer raft chutes for high water travel, as the play wave could be a flipper at certain flows... Just my thought.

Yeah, run it but make sure anyone using the feature sees you coming and has time to move or exit the wave. Running over a kayaker who is throwing cart wheels isn't cool. Generally anyone using the park will give you space to pass through given the opportunity.

Surf the damn wave, that is why it is there.
I have found a 12' cat with 9' oars will clear the hole pretty quickly.
