NW heat wave is bringing rivers way up

Anybody have any insight, ideas or predictions as to how this heat wave will effect early June flows in Idaho? I just checked current flows and it looks like MFS is at record high and the Main is doubled in a week.

The long range forecast shows the river level coming back down in about a week. So that is a good thing.

I am concerned too, except I have a July 20 launch date.
The area under the hydrograph curve is the total volume of all that snow pack water leaving the drainage. This years snow pack is just slightly above average. I would bet peak flows in mid-late may. Slightly below average for June.

Let's all hope for cold clear nights in May to keep things frozen. And cool cloudy days with some occasional snow to keep the snow pack healthy into summer.
