Hi guys, Im new to the front range boating scene and was wondering if you guys could fill me in on the best sections of rivers around hear. I live in boulder so i was predominantly thinking about Clear creek, I have driven up and down 70/ 6 this winter and can figure out were the take out or put ins are, if any one could enlighten me i would greatly appreciate it. im a plastic pusher not a kayaker ( most of the lower sections look like kayak only to me...... could be wrong). help me out people. thanks again.

Clear Creek Put In

We run the Clear through Idaho Springs a fair amount. Can put in at the city park in the center of town then easy run past the tunnels and take out at "Kermits" where 6 and I-70 converge.

Stay on for class 3-4s and take out just past the intersection where 6 forks to go towards Central City. Think its called Green Bay Rock.

I have put in below Rigor Mortis which is the rapid under the first bridge/crossover past tunnel 1 and ran to the Golden kayak part but folks say I'm crazy. Just bought a smaller 10' SB so would enjoy another nutty boater to make those runs.
