moab daily low flow?

I have never done the moab daily, and was considering it as a section for my wife to get in some rowing practice in some class II+ next week. Looks like it is about 2200cfs now. Is it runnable at this flow in a raft, or not worth it? What about White's rapid, is that easier at low flow, or more technical?

Thanks for any insight!

I think the trickiest low flow rapid is Rocky rapid (Ida Gulch). Start left and move right avoiding possible hang-ups. The current into it is dreadfully slow which somehow makes it difficult to set up.

Its a bit of a grind at this flow. With any wind, it gets a pretty miserable in spots

They call the 3 mile section above the rapid "White's Lake" for a reason

The scenery is top notch (minus the road and some points) though if you're looking for a pretty float with a couple small rapids

Castle Creek (White's) doesn't really do much till it starts to approach high water (20K+). There's a fun little rock-dodge to be had right-of-center at this low flow. It can all be missed easily left-of-center

Anyway, plenty of room to float a raft. And, if you subscribe to the theory that any day on the river is a good day, it beats a day at work I suppose
