MFS - Fire blanket required?

Is a fire blanket required for the MFS if my fire pan has legs to get it at least 4" off the ground? Didn't see anything about it on the MFS page, but some in my party seem to think it's required so thought I would ask those of you that have boated it recently if you took one or not.

It is sometimes listed as required but in my experience is only suggested. I'm 0/8 taking one. They have offered me one at launch twice.

fire blanket is not required.
your confirmation e-mail states what is required.
Here's what I remember: groover, fire pan, ash container, mesh strainer, shovel, bucket, and State of Idaho Invasive Species sticker.

Not required, but a good idea. I always carry one.
