Lower Salmon Slide fatality

The Lower Salmon is still running high making Slide a force to reckon with - if in doubt stay away until the river drops further, it's a late season trip; we stay away until it drops to the teens. 21,500 at Whitebird this morning. At these flows a swim in Slide can take you all the way to the Snake R.

Condolences to the family.
