Cataract tow service?

Anyone know of a tow service in Cataract? Looking to gain some time by getting a tow downstream from Potash. How far could we get in 3-5 hrs. of being towed?
Our group has a motor, he just has to work this time. Even considering an add on craigslist. Does a $100 seem fair to get dropped off? and the tow boat still has time to make it home. Any info is certainly helpful. Thanks in advance!

I think you'll find $100.00 might get somebody to load their boat and go to the Boat Launch. To spend a couple of hours up and down the river would cost you probably more than $300.00 or $400.00. You might call Tex's Riverways. They jet boat canoeists back up from Spanish Bottom. They could get you down there in a few hours. They start going down to the Confluence a couple times each week during Spring Break times. They could shuttle all of your shit to the Confluence easily.

Ya don't think loading three rafts worth of downriver gear onto jet boat is the answer. Was really just thinking anyone with a motorboat could make a $100 on a Saturday instead of sitting home not on the river.
How about a motor rental? Anyone interested?
