Here is the info I found. Looks like the road is open down to Merals Pool, no pay shuttle required. If you want to run Cherry Creek you will have to pay the shuttle service.
Merced was up to 1800 at Red Bud on Sat. big holes and surf waves everywhere. It was a blast but is probably all gone now… so so sad
