Go to the 5.10 website and buy a resole kit. With a little patience, you'll figure it out. The hardest part is removing the current rubber sole. The right heat and a little elbow grease and you'll remove it. Then clean the surface with toluene or another cleaning agent, and begin the resole process. If you can remove the old sole in it's entirety, then you can use it as a template. If not, glue on more than you need around the edges and use a bench grinder to shape it.
As a 5.10 athlete, their shoes rip!!! I've never felt more secure on a scout or portage. I've been using their Savants all season-really beating them up-and they're totally awesome.
To air is human, to get big air divine.
