Even if someone reports them.

In addition I would like to apologize for having a negative attitude towards the project on the original thread. It doesn't matter what river they are trying to protect, they all deserve protection..... I think my frustration came from the fact that we currently have a battle brewing over recreational flows on the Arkansas, and it's looking like it's going to be a headache at the least...

Also, I would look forward to the opportunity to meet everyone of you on the river. I do not feel like this kind of negativity is present when boating.... and would especially like the opportunity to kayak with those of you who want to talk so badly about us moderators.

I am doing my best, that's all I can do.
well done man! no bad vibes on the river. i personally thank u

You’re doing a good job.
I wonder if some of the push back is what caused Frenchy to sell it? Hell, Lucero's soul boating went on a tangent that caused him to close it down. It became something he wasn't. Some moderation is essential. Just keep your focus on the rafters!

Careful Logan, I tried this approach and got fired from moderating. Spent a few years deleting porn threads and letting everything else ride, and it wasn't long until I received my, "Thanks but no thanks" PM. The man upstairs is watching, and he wants moderation. And maybe porn.

Thank you Pro Leisure. I've never understood the animosity on here of the different vessels that provide us all with good times. It's pretty stupid. I'm just glad I get to do something I enjoy. I don't give a shite what toy you use to have some variation of the same kind of fun. Bottom line is I hope you're having fun with what you do. If you want to share the who's what's and where's of it with all of us, great. It's really not necessary to bash others in the process.

And seriously folks, look at the bigger picture... You could be stuck in a life that doesn't allow ANY leisurely freedoms, or the luxury of being with your friends and family. The world's a pretty harsh place, and most of us have it pretty easy.

Honestly, if that's the way any of the administrators view me, then I welcome my "Thanks but no thanks" PM. I am doing this moderation thing as a favor to the site and it's users. I certainly don't get compensated for the time I spend on here. I have met lots of great friends through this forum, and don't need to be a moderator to continue to do so.

That said, I am happy to do my part to try and help keep the "Buzz" a positive and enjoyable website.

My apologies to RiverWrangler for my part in attacking his choice of parenting! The Buzz is not my place to make such a remark. If, Mamabear is happy then all is good.

Next, I did NOT contact anyone to censor or edit any part of the "I am willing to make a wager" thread. However, knowing that tread was toxic, I just STFU and went boating. I was on the river Friday to Monday and read this tread today. Below is a picture of one of the many steelies we drug up.

Again My comment to Wrangler was uncalled for!

Nice fish and nice job of stepping up. And yes, he is correct, he did not contact us.
