No, it was pretty much innocuous. I doubt it's blow back from that thread. It looked more like someone who found a tiny loophole in the software that we are trying to figure out how to fix. In theory they could have used it to do more hard but what they put there was more a success message letting us know and it did not appear to be anything malicious.

From what I gathered some the links and blogs, none of which appeared to me as malicious, seems more like the group does it for a hobby.
