Error message

The last few times I've posted, I get this error message, but the post always goes through. Don't know if it's something with my computer or what.

Could not connect to smtp host : 111 : Connection refused

Of course, with this last post, it didn't happen.

It happens occasionally (not sure why) but lately it's been happening almost every post. Annoying but at least the post goes through.
