What's up with all the closet gay Republicans?

Ok, so the Republican senator from Idaho was busted in a bathroom for soliciting gay sex. This is like the 6th republican in 6 years who has ended up being humiliated for being a closet gay. I think it's all been Republicans, not Democrats. What's up with that?

I don't think there is anything wrong with being gay and I don't have a problem with a gay politician, but what gets me is that all of these guys espose the Republican family values intolerance. And they get in trouble for stuff like soliciting sex from boys or in public bathrooms.

Kind of wierd that these guys push for not accepting gays in our society and then up being gay themselves. Perhaps some of them are anti-gay because they are repressing it in themselves. Man, loosen up.

I think repressed homosexuality and consequent self-loathing drive the entire republican ethos. That and they never got enough hugs. Daddy never told them he was proud of them. Etc. Oh, and greed. Especially greed.

Unfortunately the democrats still can't put a foot forward they can actually stand on. And Americans are too robotic to vote for independent candidates. Not that it matters, they're all in the pockets of big business.

Ah, the indifference inspiring state of American politics.

There's nothing wrong with being homosexual, or acting homosexual, except when......
1) You break the law by soliciting sex in places where there are kids and people have a right to expect privacy. A public bathroom at an airport is different from a gay bar.
2) You are a hypocrite politician who publicly bashes gays.

Hey check this out! Focus has a new study going where using "religious therapy" they have prooved that people can change their sexual orientation. Now one of these days they could commission a study to see if they the number of gays being converted to being straight equals the number of straight sentators and ministers they have going gay on them. They might just be able to break even on the numbers .

So the same technique could be used to turn heterosexuals into homosexuals? If true, a lot of christian guys could get to "know" jesus in the biblical sense.

I think this guy's got it all over Senator Craig when it comes GOP gay sex scandals:
