If your into outdoor sports and rivers (should be obvious since your on the Buzz) you could move to a mountain town and be a raft guide....or really find a job doing whatever your expertise is, in a much better location than the D-Town metro cluster fuck. In fact, there are decent restaurants around here that could use a "good" manager....I would check around before settling on Denver.
I don't mean to be rude, but I can't stand the city, and living there and being a boater you have to drive a long way to enjoy the sport you love.....
We are looking at longmont for 2 reasons. My fiance has a degree and career, and her best opportunity looks to possibly be in longmont (she works in the ag industry)
, she has a degree in crop and soil science from CSU). The other reason is affordability, as we are wanting to buy a 2-3 bedroom house in the 120-130k range. So if you guys have any suggestions, please let us know, and we will check them out.
