Eastern California sucks. Smog, gangs, traffic. They've taken over. The end is near vatos. Northern California sucks too..aka oregon.

Hey man, just friendly banter! Haven't actually been on the Arkansas yet, but heading out for the DRE event in a couple weeks. Will have the 'ole Michigan rat raft in tow, too. And don't worry, I'll evacuate my bowels before hitting the water.

Thanks all for the advice and guidance. Definitely used much of it and my transition went more smoothly as a result.

Right on.
Hit me up if you ever want to run the upper c or the big horn down on the Ark, I
try to get out there as much as I can, and have a little bit of work flexibility.

Hang in there with the big shitty, not the greatest place to be, but at least there is some amount of salvation near by, and more if you drive further and look for it.

Cool, will do. So far I've only run the Colorado out of Pumphouse. The Ark will be my next CO float. I've been working my tail off for work, and have actually been in California on work travel more than I've been in Colorado (typing this message from lovely Fresno). Earning some mean comp time and starting to fantasize about the summer.
