Great 3 bed 2 bath home, modern, updated, huge fenced yard, huge storage shed for all the toys, paito, great bbq house, garage, quiet street, park at end of street, close to CSU and king soopers, off elizabeth on the north side of the street half way between taft and overland, Close to bus route, great roomates, male or female wanted, not really a party house, but fun times are a must. I have a border collie, 1 more dog is ok, especially if it can hang outside on nice days and run with my dog, outside cat ok, no litter boxes.
